Next steps

We're shooting for a soft launch of the refreshed site in the second half of July. Here's what we need to do next:

1. Instead of static banner at top of home page, we're suggesting using a carousel with "Biggest News," which can be updated frequently or as often as we have a new image to add. We need feedback on what to use for launch (should be at least three images).

2. We are working on a welcome message from Theresa which will introduce and position PGA.

3. Feedback is appreciated on which components work best for Who We Are and What We Do.

4. For list of quick links on home page, these can be organized by audience but are there any other ideas? We don't want to duplicate entire lists of links on corresponding sites (for example, marketing.uic.edu)

5. We can include Pride Points and a countdown when appropriate. See examples on this page.

6. Marketing will give additional guidance on images/videos and can upload directly to the test site.

7. This is a perfect opportunity to rethink how each unit wants to position itself and spotlight our accomplishments and expertise.
